MACON TRANSITIONAL CENTER - August 17, 2014
Wayne, Julia and I went to Macon TC for Sunday morning service. The video praise and worship was powerful and all of the men participated but I only played two songs because Stephen lead the men in praise and worship also. We had a new keyboard player named Eric who joined Stephen and it was great. Then Jacob came in and also did a song. The Spirit of God was moving so heavily that men were truly submitting to God. It was an amazing sight to see.
Wayne started a series on Angels, Demons and Spiritual Warfare taking his text from 2 Kings 6.

Wayne started a series on Angels, Demons and Spiritual Warfare taking his text from 2 Kings 6. There is a real war going on; a real battle raging and we are right in the middle. He went over six foundational truths with the men and went into Scripture and great detail. Some things he reminded them:
II Corinthians 2:11 tells us to know the weapons of the enemy. We need to know who he is and how he works. Spiritual retreat leads to spiritual defeat! Remember that our stake in the Spiritual Warfare is eternal and the outcome is irreversible! Satan will be destroyed. We know the end of the story. He is a defeated foe! We don’t fight this war for victory … we fight it because of victory!!!
There was a lot of discussion during and after the study and then we got into a circle and prayed for all of the prayer requests and for the men in general.
