Wayne, Julia and I went to West Central to minister to 31 precious ladies. The video praise and worship was powerful and the Holy Spirit moved in an amazing way. Wayne continued his series on Angels, Demons and Spiritual Warfare. Tonight’s discussion was on Spiritual Warfare in the Old Testament.

He discussed that spiritual warfare is a battle for your heart. God is Creator, Satan is creation; God is Sovereign, Satan is a subordinate to God. He also discussed the characteristics of Satan: cunning, smart, knows where to attack, questions God’s integrity and authority.
After covering different situations in the OT, he concluded with we don’t see a lot about Satan and demons in the OT. The focus was on God which was opposite of pagan culture and the human heart (which is the problem of man). God is sovereign and Satan is not – he is limited in power. The primary human problem is sin. Spiritual warfare is God centered – REPENT!
